Dr. Gail Gustavson, PT, DPT graduated from the University of Georgia in 2013 with her Bachelor of Science degree. In 2018, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University with academic honors, where she developed a strong orthopedic foundation. She went on to advance her knowledge of pelvic health and holds a certificate on pelvic floor function, dysfunction, and treatment from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
She is active in the American Physical Therapy Association and the Sections on Women’s Health and Orthopaedics. She has conducted research with GSU and Shepherd Center and presented research at both CSM and imPacT conferences.
Gail extends her passion for helping others as one of the founders of Row Strong, a rowing program designed to strengthen and empower survivors of breast cancer. She truly understands the power of listening to her patients and providing individualized care. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys hiking, running, yoga, gardening, exploring events in Atlanta, and spoiling her lab rescue.
